New work will be online with the Maternal Art website. Maternal Art is run by Helen Sargent with Tea with MAM and many other events. They are a UK based independent Gallery, Publishing House and Shop, bringing together work by artists who produce inspirational work about the maternal.
Maternal Art’s mission: ‘We aim to provide a supportive and critical platform for artist / mothers and reach new audiences through sharing and promoting their work. The artists we represent practice in a diverse range of media. All our artists create personal, political, thought provoking and engaging work.
Recent paintings are also included in Meraki Pieces, a project by Christine O’shea and Krissie Haigh women, psychology and mental health.
